ORDERING

How do I change or cancel my order after it is confirmed?
Generally So-Mine will be unable to accommodate changes once your order has been confirmed since our goal is to process and ship orders within one business day.  However, you are free to email your request to  customerservice@so-mine.net, and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

Can I ship to more than one address?
Yes, you can ship items to more than one address, but you will need to place separate orders for each unique destination.

Does So-Mine ship backorders?
If for any reason, So-Mine is unable to fill your order exactly as you placed it, we will contact you and offer you the option of canceling your order, accepting partial shipment or shipping your order in total when we are able to.

Will I pay sales tax on my order?
So-Mine is required by law to collect sales tax an all orders shipped to Georgia.  The amount will be calculated based upon applicable tax rates in the municipality where your order is shipped.

Does So-Mine offer gift-wrapping or gift boxes?
Sorry, at this time So-Mine does not offer gift-wrapping or gift boxes.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an Order Confirmation email once you credit card transaction has been approved.

Does So-Mine sell gift cards?
Sorry, at this time So-Mine does not sell gift cards.

Do you offer coupons?
From time to time, So-Mine will offer coupon codes redeemable at our online store.

Do you accept phone or mail orders?

At this time, we accept online orders only.

SHIPPING

Where does So-Mine ship?
We ship USPS First Class Parcels, Fed Ex Next Day Air &  2nd Day shipments anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.

Does So-Mine ship to international addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to international addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
USPS First Class shipments can be shipped to P.O. boxes; however, Fed Ex does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship to military addresses?

USPS First Class shipments can be shipped to APO and PPO military addresses.  Fed Ex does not deliver to APO and PPO Boxes.

How will my order be shipped?
You have the choice of shipping USPS First Class Mail, Fed Ex Next Day Air or Fed Ex 2nd Day.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS First Class Parcels will take from 3 to 7 business days depending on your shipping address.  Fed Ex Next Day shipments will arrive in 1 business day & Fed Ex 2nd Day shipments will arrive in two business days if your order is confirmed prior to noon Eastern time.  Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.  Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

What are your shipping fees?
Good news, our $17.95 retail price of the SlapWear™  Analog Watch includes shipping and handling fees when you select USPS First Class shipping.  Fed Ex Next Day expedited shipping is available for an additional $20 and Fed Ex 2nd Day expedited shipping is available for an additional $10.

Will I be able to track my order?
Order tracking is not available for USPS First Class shipments, but So-Mine will be able to confirm delivery through USPS if you have a question regarding your order.  Fed Ex 2nd Day shipments can be tracked through Fed Ex from a link that will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment does So-Mine accept?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.  We do not accept company or personal checks, debit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders or gift cards.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

RETURNS

So-Mine Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to So-Mine, so we accept returns of unused products its original product packaging up to 30 days from the time you receive your order.  Applicable refunds, less any associated shipping fees will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns and damages caused by misuse or abuse are not covered within this policy and are solely at the discretion of So-Mine.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact So-Mine via email at customerservice@so-mine.net to receive a Return Authorization number which will be valid for 30 days from the date it was sent to you.

Use the return label from your original packing slip and fill in the Return Authorization number where indicated.  Returns with an invalid or expired RA number will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee at So-Mine’s discretion.

For you protection, please send your return via a carrier that provides a tracking number for your records.  So-Mine is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, if you return an item, So-Mine will refund the cost of product and applicable sales taxes you paid.  You are responsible for the costs of shipping.  However, if your return is the result of an error we made or a product defect, we will refund your original shipping costs and the shipping costs you incurred for the return.

How do I obtain a refund?
The refund process begins once the product has been received back at our warehouse and inspected.  Refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet our refund policy requirements.  Please note, we will only refund or pay shipping costs if the return is a result of a So-Mine error.  Please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

What if my order is defective or damaged?

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon receipt.  So-Mine must be notified at  customerservice@so-mine.net of any damages that occurred during shipping within five business days.

Can I receive cash or credit for a returned gift?
Unfortunately, we are only able to issue credits to the original purchaser’s credit card.

WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS:

What the So-Mine 1-Year Limited Warranty covers:
We work hard to bring you quality products at competitive  prices.   Our warranty will cover the watch in the event that it stops working due to a defect in the watch’s movement mechanisms.  Before you attempt to service the watch, make sure that the battery is not dead.

Duration and scope of our Limited Warranty:
Our warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase and covers watches purchased from So-Mine LLC  in the Continental US.

What is covered?
This warranty is limited and does NOT cover any damage to parts not used in the movement of the watch, including, without limitation, watch bracelets, straps, crystals, finish, batteries, crowns/stems or cases. This limited warranty does NOT cover any damage (1) if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, (2) if there is evidence of intentional or accidental misuse or abuse, or (3) if used under conditions which exceed our water resistance guidelines.

What So-Mine will do:
So-Mine will replace your watch with a new one.  If your original watch band and face color are no longer available, you may select a color that is currently in our assortment.

How to get service:
To receive instructions on how to obtain service under this warranty, contact customerservice@so-mine.net.  You are responsible for postage charges and any insurance for the shipment to the facility.  The replacement watch will be sent to you at no cost if the return address is within the Continental US.  When you send the watch to the service facility, please include a brief description of the problem.

Battery replacement:
Limited one year warranty. Replaceable R626 button battery. Please take the watch to a jewelry and watch repair store for battery replacement.
